Doing Work With Benton PUD
Vendors
Benton PUD of Kennewick, Washington establishes vendor lists for supplying materials, equipment, and supplies. By law (RCW 39.04) the District is required to publish notice twice a year of the existence of vendor lists and for the solicitation of suppliers wishing to be included on those lists. Vendor lists are used for the purchase of the same kind of materials, equipment, or supplies when the total dollar amount in any month exceeds $10,000 but is under $50,000 exclusive of sales tax (RCW 54.04.082).
Vendors meeting the District's product requirements and specifications will be eligible for including on the vendor lists in the following categories:
- Pole line hardware & facilities
- Computer Equipment
- Automotive Products
- Office Supplies
- Building Maintenance Products
- Miscellaneous
