New Customer Service Hours

The lobby hours at the Kennewick Benton PUD office have changed slightly.  The office is now open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to allow our Customer Service Representatives some time to prepare for the day prior to customer arrivals and inquiries by phone. This also provides more Representatives at the end of the day for customers, rather than working to prepare for the following day.

Rest assured, in the case of an outage, Benton PUD will continue to have 24 hour answering service with crews available to take care of the problem immediately.
