    Customers can pay their bill online by using a credit card, debit card or direct withdrawals from a checking or savings account.

    Customers can pay their bill any time, any day with the expanded capabilities of Benton PUD’s phone service. Customers can call the Customer Service line in Kennewick at 582-2175 or in Prosser at 786-1841, and simply follow the prompts to pay their bill using a credit card, a debit card or checking/saving account.
