Low Income Senior Discount

Qualified Benton PUD customers may receive a 15% or 20% monthly discount based on their total annual household income.  If your income is 150% or less of the Federally Established Poverty Guidelines, you may qualify to receive a 20% discount.  If your income is 151% to 200% of the Federally Established Poverty Guidelines, you may qualify to receive a 15% discount.  Please refer to the table in Step 1 of the application to determine your discount status.  Application and income verification is required every three years, or upon request of the District.  Only one discount per customer is allowable.

To verify your income, please go to the Community Action Connection.  They are located at 720 W. Court Street in Pasco, WA.  They can be reached at (509) 545-4065.  Income verification may also be provided by a government authorized agency.

Low Income Disabled Discount
