PUD offers an averaged monthly payment program for our residential customers.
Your payment plan amount is based on the previous
twelve month period and is adjusted bi-annually, based on actual use. You are still responsible for all of the power you use, but pay an averaged amount set for a twelve month period. This program
is especially helpful to customers whose monthly
bills fluctuate with the weather (i.e. during
the air-conditioning and heating seasons).

us a call at 582-2175, or complete the form below. Your
account must be at a zero balance. You will
receive confirmation of your entry via mail
within seven business days.
