Low-Income Senior Citizen Discount

Benton PUD offers a discount to our low-income senior citizen customers. To qualify you must be a Benton PUD customer, 62 years of age with an annual household income of $21,000 or less. The discount is $8.80 per month or 15% of the electric bill whichever is greater. Applications are renewed annually in January.  Only one discount per Service Agreement per customer.

Low-Income Disabled Discount

A disabled customer whose annual household income is less than 125% of the federally established poverty level may qualify for a discount of $8.80 per month or 15% of the electric bill, whichever is greater. Applications are renewed annually in January.  Only one discount per Service Agreement per customer.
