The energy and maintenance rate for customer-owned
systems includes routine maintenance and
replacement of lamps, photocells and luminaires
as well as the locating and repairing of
system faults. The rate does not cover unusual
damage or failure of the system requiring
major component replacements such as vehicular
damage. Maintenance of the system will be
performed during normal District working
hours. It is the customer's responsibility
to provide ingress/egress easements for
the District to perform any necessary repairs.
Customer will provide trench and backfill
for installation or replacement of underground
conditions.
The cost of additional District-owned poles (wood or metal) including installation is to be collected by the District at the time of construction.
Service under this
classification is subject to the Customer
Service Policies of the District.
