RATE SCHEDULE 80
AVAILABLE: In all territory served by the District.
APPLICABLE: To New Large Single Loads as defined in Public Law 96-501 and served under a power sales contract with the District. New Large Single Load, as defined in Public Law 96-501, means any load associated with a new facility, an existing facility, or an expansion of an existing facility which will result in an increase in power requirements of 10 average megawatts or more in any consecutive twelve-month period.
CHARACTER OF SERVICE: 60 hertz alternating current of such phase and voltage as the District may have available.
RATE: New Large Single Load customers will be served at rates determined under a contract negotiated with the District.
