Insulation
Unless your home was specially constructed for energy
efficiency, you can usually reduce your energy bills
by adding more insulation. Many older homes have
less insulation than homes built today, but adding
insulation to a newer home may also pay for itself
within a few years. Offer valid April 11, 2006 through
September 30, 2009 or until funding expires.
Rebates: Range from $0.12
to $.77* a square foot depending on location
(floor, attic or wall) and must meet qualified R
factor. Rebates
are available for single family residences.
Homes must be electrically heated.
*Maximum of 60% of insulation bid.
Duct sealing
Proper duct work can make a difference in heating and
cooling efficiency.
Rebates: 100% of bid up to $400 for single
or multi family residence; 100% of bid up to $280
for manufactured homes (Super Good Cents Manufactured Homes do not qualify). Homes
