ENERGY STAR® manufactured homes provide comfort that is unsurpassed in the manufactured home industry. They are built to save as much as 30 percent on heating bills through more insulation in ceilings, walls and floors, better windows and doors, specially designed ventilation system, better-sealed heating ducts and a reduction in drafts. Homes must be electrically heated and located in Benton PUD's service territory to receive the rebate. Offer valid October 1, 2006 through September 30, 2009 or until funding expires.

Rebate: $700 to purchasers.
