| We
will bill your account
every 20 days. This
can vary five days one
way or another. All
bills are due and payable
when you receive them and
are past due 25 days after
the billing date. To
help defer the cost of
setting up your account,
a one-time service charge
will appear on the first
bill each time you move. As
a customer, you need to
notify us promptly when
you move out. You
are liable for any and
all billings until we are
notified. If you
move from one location
to another and your closing
bill becomes past due,
the service at your new
location (in our service
area) may be disconnected
until the balance(s), service
charge and deposit are
paid. Should you
fail to fully pay a closing
bill and legal action becomes
necessary, Benton County,
Washington, shall be the
court venue. I hereby
authorize the Public Utility
of Benton County to furnish
my premises with electric
energy subject to all of
the provisions of PUD rules
and regulations and rate
schedules now existing
or hereafter adopted. Copies
of which are available
for inspection at all times
at the district office
and agree to pay all charges
as provided for therein
and at the obligation as
the parties are covered
hereby. |
