Auditorium Rental

Benton PUD has two auditoriums available for public use by non-profit associations, public agencies, municipal corporations, and charitable organizations.

Locations: 2721 West 10th Avenue in Kennewick, WA
250 N. Gap Road in Prosser, WA

Hours: 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m., 7 days a week

Fee: $20 per meeting per day

Facility Capacity and Available Equipment:

Kennewick

  • 144 person capacity for each side (rental available for one or both sides)
  • 20 standard 8 ft. tables (normally 8 people to a table)
  • 135 folding chairs
  • Projection Screen (no other audio or visual equipment is provided by the District)
  • No internet connection available.

Prosser

  • 195 person capacity
  • 10 standard 8 ft. tables (normally 8 people to a table)
  • 100 folding chairs
  • No audio or visual equipment is provided by the District. Projection Screen is not available.
  • No internet connection available.

Parking:

During the District’s regular business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., parking is limited to designated areas. Please see our maps as a guide for auditorium customer parking.

Restrictions on Usage:

  • No smoking is allowed inside the auditorium or within 25 feet of any entrances or exits.
  • No alcoholic beverages are allowed inside the facility or any District properties (includes park next to the Kennewick facility).
  • No firearms are allowed inside the facility or on any District properties (includes park next to the Kennewick facility).
  • Audio/Visual equipment is not provided, but is allowable.
  • No food and beverages in carpeted areas are allowed. The foyer area in the Kennewick facility, with tiled flooring, may be utilized.
