Benton PUD Opens to Customers

In accordance with state mandates, masks are required inside our facilities along with social distancing.  
 
Benton PUD opens lobby and drive-thru facilities to customers starting November 2, 2020.  Customer Service staff in Kennewick and Prosser are available to assist customers during regular business hours, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.  “As a community-owned business, Benton PUD exists for the benefit of our customers.  While we offer many self-service options, providing in-person services will help us better assist the most vulnerable in our communities,” said Christie McAloon, Manager of Customer Service.

Benton PUD continues to offer several easy and convenient self-service payment options that can be accessed from the convenience of your home.  These options include SmartHub online or via the SmartHub app and the secure pay-by-phone system.  Payment kiosks are located at the Kennewick and Prosser offices.  Payments made using one of our self-service payment options post to your Benton PUD account immediately.
 
Benton PUD auditoriums in Kennewick and Prosser remain closed to the public.
