Set up SmartHub Notifications:

Login to SmartHub (on the mobile app select “More” for the menu)

Click “SETTINGS” on the left to access the drop-down menu

Click on “Manage Notifications”

Click on “Service” to drop down service outage notifications

Select “Text Message” phone number and/or “Email Address”
If you do not have contact information in these fields you will need to click on “Contact Methods” on the left hand side under “SETTINGS” and add a phone number and/or email address
You can also set up many other notifications, such as usage alerts and payment reminders
