SmartHub Outage Notifications

Find out when the power goes out, when it should be back on, and when it’s restored.

Set up SmartHub Notifications:

  1. Login to SmartHub (on the mobile app select “More” for the menu)

  2. Click “SETTINGS” on the left to access the drop-down menu

  3. Click on “Manage Notifications”

  4. Click on “Service” to drop down service outage notifications

  5. Select “Text Message” phone number and/or “Email Address” 

If you do not have contact information in these fields you will need to click on “Contact Methods” on the left hand side under “SETTINGS” and add a phone number and/or email address

You can also set up many other notifications, such as usage alerts and payment reminders
