Benton PUD's Online Bill Payment Service is SmartHub

It has come to our attention that a third-party online bill payment service company known as Doxo, Inc., is marketing bill payment services to Benton PUD customers.

Doxo, Inc. is unaffiliated with Benton PUD. Benton PUD offers online bill payment through SmartHub, a secure online portal accessed through Benton PUD’s website. Benton PUD does not charge a fee for our online bill payment services. Doxo, Inc. may charge a fee for their online bill payment services. Additionally, payments made through SmartHub are posted to customer accounts near real time.
