The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Bureau of Reclamation and the Bonneville Power Administration released the Columbia River Systems Operations Draft Environmental Impact Statement (CRSO DEIS).  The report evaluates recommendations on the future operations of the federal hydro system, including breaching of the four lower Snake River dams. 
 
A 45-day public comment period starting Friday, February 28.  Benton PUD encourages you to visit comments.CRSO.info and comment online regarding your concerns with the potential of breaching the four lower Snake River dams by April 13.  You can also comment by mail by sending your comments to:
