ENERGY STAR® Appliances

  • ENERGY STAR® Clothes washers

Rebate: $20 - Heat provided by gas water heater  (Clothes washer must have MEF of >2)
  • Water heater
Water heating can account for 14%–25% of the energy consumed in your home. You can reduce your monthly water heating bills by selecting the appropriate water heater for your home. Look for the yellow Energy Guide label that provides an estimate of the product's energy consumption or energy efficiency.
    Rebate: $25 - Must be electric, Energy Factor ratings as follows: 25-54 gallon > .94,  55-74 gallon > .93, 75-99 gallon > .92
