Benton PUD's Round Up for Helping Hands Program

A donation helps someone in need of assistance paying their bill

Round Up for Helping Hands funds are available for qualified low income customers.  Donations are distributed through Community Action Connections (CAC) to customers who need help paying their electric bill and meet CAC guidelines.  If you are in need of assistance through Round Up for Helping Hands learn more here.

Make a monthly donation – To make a monthly donation to Benton PUD's Round Up for Helping Hands program, login to Smarthub and navigate to Billing & Payments, and select "Round Up for Helping Hands".  You can enroll to "Round Up" your bill to the nearest dollar each month, add a specific dollar amount to your monthly bill, or add a one-time additional amount to your next bill.

Make a one-time donation - You can make a one-time donation to Benton PUD's Round Up for Helping Hands program by contacting Customer Service during normal business hours at (509) 582-2175 in Kennewick or (509) 786-1841 in Prosser.
