Benton PUD values the security and privacy of our customer’s personal information.  To protect your privacy please contact Customer Service at (509) 582-2175 in Kennewick or (509) 786-1841 in Prosser or come into one of our offices during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Transfering Service

To transfer service, enroll or login to SmartHub® and go to Contact Us.

Commercial Service

To start service, please complete a Business and Commercial Application. To start service, please complete a Business and Commercial Application and fax it to (509) 582-1295 or mail it to the office nearest you.
