Looks like a bird’s nest may have been behind last Thursday’s pole fire near McNary Dam!

What followed was a massive effort from our crew – tackling 85-foot 115kV H-structure poles in swampy terrain so rough, it could’ve swallowed a line truck. It took 11+ hours of problem-solving, grit, and teamwork to get the burnt pole replaced.
