Benton PUD places great importance in measuring how we are doing. We do this by monitoring our progress towards achieving the goals we establish in our bi-annual strategic plan. Performance measures have been identified for each one of our five strategic anchor areas – Customer Value, Reliability, Stewardship, Safety and Skilled Workforce. Each quarter we benchmark these performance measures against industry best practices to ensure we are meeting our mission and providing value to our community and customers.
