Benton PUD has two auditoriums available for public use by non-profit associations, public agencies, municipal corporations, and charitable organizations.

Hours

7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday - Thursday
The auditoriums are not available evenings, weekends, or holidays.
 

Fee

$20 per meeting per day (Payment required prior to each meeting)

Capacity and Available Equipment

Kennewick Auditorium

  1. 288 person capacity - standing room only for entire Auditorium
  2. Up to 20 standard 8 ft. tables (normally 8 people to a table)
  3. Approximately 120 chairs
  4. Projection Screen available (no other audio/visual equipment is provided by Benton PUD)
  5. Publicly accessible wireless (Wi-Fi) is available (no after-hours support will be available).  Wi-Fi authentication will be posted in the Auditorium

Prosser Auditorium

  1. 212 person capacity - standing room only for entire Auditorium
  2. 10 standard 8 ft. tables (normally 8 people to a table).
  3. Approximately 100 chairs
  4. No audio/visual equipment is provided by Benton PUD
  5. Publicly accessible wireless (Wi-Fi) is available (no after-hours support will be available).  Wi-Fi authentication will be posted in the Auditorium.

Auditorium Rentals

Is there a limit to how often an organization may use the Auditorium?

Organizations may use the auditorium six times per quarter and is generally limited to two meetings per month in order to accommodate more organizations.

Who can use the Auditoriums?

The auditoriums are available for public use by non-profit associations, public agencies, municipal corporations and charitable organizations.

What equipment is available?

Tables, chairs, and garbage cans are available.  WiFi is also available.

What is the rental fee for the Auditoriums?

$20 per day (due prior to each meeting) .

Is food or beverages allowed?

Consumption of food and nonalcoholic beverages are allowed in the Auditoriums. It is up to the organizations using the facilities to clean up any spills, leftover items and garbage.
